Hung in our offices are prints of St. Pete Beach developments where Peter Hofstra assisted several different developers and did the condominium work. Seminole Title Company was the exclusive closing agent for the developers on these St. Pete Beach properties on display: Sunrise Resort (5445 Gulf Boulevard), Gulf Strand Resort (4510 Gulf Boulevard), and Gulf Beach Resort (140 51st Avenue). These are just a few examples of the many condominium projects they worked on.

At Seminole Title Company, the well-being of our STC family of employees, customers and community partners remains our foremost priority. As we continue to monitor the quickly evolving news related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share what we are doing to protect you at our offices:

• We are sterilizing all surfaces, including pens, after meeting with each customer and conducting a final sterilization at the end of the day.
• We are refraining from shaking hands with customers.
• We are washing our hands frequently.
• Employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms are required to stay at roofing based home until their symptoms have subsided.
• In an abundance of caution, we will not be participating in any community events until further notice.

Thank you for your patience and your trust. We are prepared to push through these challenges with you, with the safety of every member of our STC family at the forefront of every decision we make. Be well. We look forward to seeing you at the title company soon.

Our office set a modest goal of $1,000 and we raised over $3,000! With our new logo and apparel, our team also won the “Best Team Name” category. A tremendous thanks to all the donors, walkers, volunteers and staff of the SPCA for making this such a successful event for the animals. This year's Pet Walk raised over $125,000!
